So much has happened since our last update and we are so excited about the great progress we are making, with the build still on schedule. As you will be able to see from our new video we are now up to the second or three floors. The walls have been marked out which allows us to see just how spacious the rooms are going to be and the large sash windows will bring plenty of light and an airy feel to the properties as well as giving some fantastic views of Barton Hill to the south east. We have to say the development is really starting to come together now.
So far we have released 5 of our luxury apartments which are currently on the market for between £135,000 and £235,000, and exciting news is that we have had our first sale of one of the lovely 2 bed Cabot Apartments. The whole team here at Green Spinnaker have been thrilled by the amount of interest that has been coming in for the apartments and we cannot wait to be able to release more, and don’t worry if you have your eye on one which isn’t yet available we will make sure to keep updating you with all our property news.

Kitchen Finishes
As the construction is still well in progress and viewings are not yet available we want any potential buyers to get as much of a feel and idea of what they will be purchasing. One way we have accomplished this is that our estate agents, Goodman Lilley now have samples of the kitchen finishes and the porcelanosa tiling. The lucky buyers will have a fabulous choice of kitchen design and finish to choose from, allowing them to put their own mark on the property as it is built.
Appliances
It’s not just the kitchen finishes we can now introduce purchasers too; Green Spinnaker have now teamed up with Nailsea Electrical who will guide each purchaser through the standard range of Bosch and Smeg appliances that will be found in each apartment as well as the upgrades that will be available. Whilst viewing the appliances, our buyers can relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine and canapés.
Being able to be part of helping people find a new home is such an exciting stage in this process. For those of you who are currently home hunting our hard copy brochure will be produced by the start of February, with a PDF version available to download on the website.
